COMMERCIAL COORDINATOR (3-MONTH CONTRACT)

PT Blue Waves Hospitality Indonesia, the parent company of PT Gelimang Artamas, is seeking a Commercial Coordinator to support our sales and marketing activities during a maternity leave coverage period. Contract Duration: 3 Months (Maternity Cover) Key Responsibilities: Coordinate marketing and sales activities across all brands. Support the execution of promotional campaigns, events, and brand initiatives. Assist in managing partnerships, corporate accounts, and business development activities. Coordinate with Marketing, Graphic Design, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure smooth implementation of commercial initiatives. Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports. Support budget tracking and administrative commercial functions. Maintain databases, partnership records, and commercial documentation. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or Commercial roles. Strong coordination and organizational skills. Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English. Proficient in Microsoft Office and reporting tools. Able to work independently and adapt quickly. Available to join immediately. Contract Type: Fixed-Term Contract (3 Months)
