• Build relationships with key employees among clients.
• Create plans to address client’s business needs.
• Advise clients on creating profitable processes.
• Schedule regular meetings with clients to ensure client satisfaction.
• Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate.
• Help up-sell or cross-sell services.
• Ensure both the company and clients adhere to contract terms.
• Study competition to find new ways to retain clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Lawyers, Management and Finance) to address client’s needs.
