Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
Respond to client inquiries, requests, and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently.
Follow up regularly to ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement.
Maintain accurate client records and prepare reports as required.
Provide excellent customer service while representing the company's values and professionalism.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Client Relations, Customer Service, Account Management, Sales, or a related role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
Customer-oriented with a positive and proactive attitude.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
