Business Development & Partnerships Manager

Job Responsibilities :
Acquire and onboard brands to our Warehouse Management System
Build partnerships with retailers, distributors, consignment stores, marketplaces, and event organizers
Attend meetings, networking events, and business activations
Prepare proposals, partnership decks, and presentations
Support SOPs, onboarding processes, and partnership frameworks
Identify opportunities for brand exposure and market expansion
Requirements :
3–5 years experience in Business Development, Partnerships, Marketing, or related fields
Strong communication and presentation skills
Confident meeting new people and building relationships
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and conversational English
Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently
Experience working with fashion, beauty, lifestyle, retail brands, consumer brands and brand communities is highly preferred.
