Business Analyst

Responsibilities :
• Gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications for development teams
• Support project planning and execution using Agile methodologies
• Collaborate closely with developers, QA, UI/UX, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and project success
• Design and execute test scenarios (explorative & complex) for both applications and CMS, and optionally develop test scripts
• Perform structured testing and report issues clearly with steps to reproduce
• Conduct PostgreSQL queries, including complex joins, inserts, and updates across multiple tables
• Create engaging and clear presentation slides to communicate findings or proposals to stakeholders

Work Arrangement : 
• Placement: East Jakarta
• Work setup: Work from Office (WFO)
• Contract: 4 months and extendable
• Expected Start Date: ASAP (immediate joiners preferred)

Must-Have Skills :
• Strong understanding of Project Management methodologies, especially Agile/Scrum
• Proven experience as Product Owner or System Analyst (web and/or mobile applications)
• Experience in end-to-end application and CMS testing, from scenario design to execution
• Proficiency in PostgreSQL, including multi-table joins, inserts, and updates
• Strong communication skills with the ability to create and deliver effective presentations
• Working experience in FMCG industry or fast-paced environments
• Mandatory experience in e-commerce and Sales Force (CRM tools)

Nice to Have :
• Experience in developing and executing test scripts
• Exposure to mobile application projects with decoupled front-end and back-end architecture (not full-stack)
• Familiarity with massive push notification traffic on mobile platforms
