Ensure all the beverage products prepared by SOP include the presentation 8. Ensure the captain / supervisor / manager accept the unusual situation 9. Maintain good relation with other parties 10. Pro active attitude and sensitive toward cutomer complain 11. Knowing regular guests name and the preferences 12. Effective communication and create good relation with other staf to create harmonious work atmosphere. 13. Do needed job for operational and given by manager or supervisor
