PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING Job Overview & Requirements: Placement : Ratio Coffee Orange Groves, PIK2, Tangerang, Banten (We do not provide employee mess/residential accommodation) Willing to travel long distance (from home to workplace) or able to show & prove that you are ready to move near our outlet if required (work experience near our outlet is preferred). Responsible for daily bar operations as barista, including preparation in the morning and end-of-day closing duties. Ensure every beverage is prepared and served according to company standards, maintains a clean and organized kitchen, and upholds food & beverage safety and hygiene protocols following the SOP that applies. This role requires basic knowledge of coffee & non-coffee beverages [ please note! ], F&B safety and hygiene practices, strong teamwork and communication skills, service excellence, punctuality, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Paid training for 1 week, no parking reimbursement, paid at the end of the month [ please note! ] Only shortlisted will be contacted for interview.
