Assistant RF Engineer

1. Provide site database and data management tracker.

2. In charge for site planning and site survey verification.

3. Close coordination with implementation team, partner and customer.

4. In charge for collect single site verification result and problems.

5. Prepare and provide regular statistic report, alarm, capacity and configuration as project team requirement.

6. Collect performance data from network and provide performance report.

7. Provide basic analysis performance report.

8. In charge to escalate problems for the not-passed site to implementation team and follow up until problem solved.

1. Bachelor degree in Telecommunication, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Engineering (IT) or related field

2. Minimal GPA 3.2 / 4.00

3. Fluent in English (oral and written)

4. Good communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skill

5. Excellent leadership and managerial skills

6. Ability to work with teams and collaborate.

7. Good analytical skills, detail-oriented & strong communication skills to be able to communication to different level of counterparts.

8. Understand basic knowledge about Telecommunication.

9. Ability to work as a team, fast learner, ability to learn, and evaluating new technology.

10. Strong capabilities in data analysis and problem solving.

11. Familiar with 2G/3G/4G network standard knowledge.

12. Has good understanding about RF planning and optimization process.

13. Familiar with the implementation of the basic network planning optimization.

14. Have the ability to control delivery risk and could analyze and manage customer requirement.
