Assistant Manager E-Commerce (Female Fashion)

Job Description
Support the planning and execution of cross-border e-commerce operations for the Female Fashion category, primarily on TikTok Shop.
Manage day-to-day store operations, including store setup, product uploads, listing optimization, and promotional campaign execution to drive sales performance.
Develop and implement monthly and quarterly sales strategies based on performance data analysis, including conversion rate, average order value (AOV), return rate, and other key metrics.
Ensure the achievement of business targets, including GMV, gross profit margin, and sustainable sales growth.
Optimize TikTok Shop operations, including product selection, live streaming activities, TikTok Ads, and influencer/KOL collaborations.
Monitor platform policy updates and recommend operational strategies to ensure compliance and minimize business risks.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities related to products, pricing strategies, promotions, and industry trends.
Stay updated on Southeast Asian women's fashion trends and provide insights to the product development team regarding customer preferences and market demands.
Plan and execute marketing initiatives to improve brand awareness, customer acquisition, and repeat purchase rates.
Collaborate closely with Product, Design, Customer Service, and Logistics teams to ensure efficient operations and an excellent customer experience.
Qualifications
Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional business environment.
Bachelor's degree in E-Commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in cross-border e-commerce operations, with at least 1 year of experience in a supervisory, team lead, or assistant manager role.
Strong understanding of cross-border e-commerce platforms, especially TikTok Shop, including platform policies, store operations, and performance optimization.
Proven experience in developing and executing sales growth strategies, promotional campaigns, and operational improvement initiatives.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret business data and make data-driven decisions.
Experience managing key e-commerce functions, including product selection, listing optimization, live streaming operations, TikTok Ads, and influencer/KOL collaborations.
Good understanding of women's fashion trends, consumer behavior, and market dynamics across Southeast Asia.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to guide, coach, and coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
