Job Description :
Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients.
Handle Project End to End
Manage, visit, and monitor director's projects.
Handle procurement of goods from searching for vendor, negotiation, and purchase.
Manage the director's appointment schedules and other arrangements.
Attend meetings attended by the director to take minutes and documentation.
Produce and manage reports, analysis, and presentations.
Manage important documents needed or owned by the director (both physically and digitally).
Handle requests and queries appropriately.
Requirements :
Bachelor Degree from Law or any major.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience as assistant director/executive assistance roles.
Having an experience in handling project tender / legal project will be plus.
Willing to travel frequently to monitor projects.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills for managing communications and interacting with various stakeholders.
Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, etc) and Google Workspace.
Domiciled around Kelapa Gading can be highly advantageous.
