Conduct research and explore relevant AI models for AI Agent-based chatbots, including NLP models, LLM, and prompt engineering techniques.
Develop and refine AI models to enhance natural language understanding (NLU), dialog management, and chatbot responses.
Implement AI Agent frameworks to build smarter, more adaptive chatbots capable of handling complex tasks.
Optimize AI models for efficient inference in production environments, including techniques such as fine-tuning, distillation, and quantization.
Collaborate with development teams (backend, frontend) to integrate AI models into chatbot systems and production pipelines.
Build and manage MLOps pipelines for training, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement of models.
Conduct experiments and evaluate model performance using relevant metrics for NLP and chatbots.
Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI, NLP, and AI Agent technologies, and propose innovations that can be applied to chatbot systems.

Kualifikasi

Minimum 3 years of work experience in AI, NLP, or Machine Learning, with a focus on developing chatbots or AI conversational systems.
Proficiency in Python programming language, as well as libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, or LlamaIndex.
Deep understanding of NLP, LLM, prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and fine-tuning language models.
Experience in developing chatbots using AI Agent frameworks like OpenAI Function Calling, AutoGPT, BabyAGI, or LangChain-based solutions.
Ability to analyze and evaluate AI models using metrics such as perplexity, BLEU, ROUGE, or F1-score.
Experience in MLOps, including using Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD for AI model deployment.
Familiarity with cloud services such as GCP, AWS, or Azure, particularly those related to AI and ML model hosting.
Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and collaborate with software engineers to implement efficient AI systems.
