1. Understand about Process control work especially experience in Administrative process flow
2. Regularly review, manage and monitor the Administrative risk and process flow
3. Proactive to finding problem and risk; monthly proactive review, compliance test checking.
4. Organize and maintain files and databases
5. Schedule appointments, meetings, and reservations as needed
6. Attend meetings and keep minutes (MOM)
7. Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence
8. Prepare invoices or financial statements and help in bookkeeping
9. Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned
10. Handling event, from goodies, EO and purchase
