Alex Villas Furniture plays a crucial role in ensuring a smooth material supply chain for our furniture manufacturing, interior design, and architecture projects. This position is fully responsible for tracking incoming and outgoing material, managing inventory control, and closely coordinating with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure materials are available on time, in the right quantity, and according to specifications.\n\nCore Responsibilities\nManaging and distributing materials to field workers strictly based on actual on-site needs.\nPlacing orders (PO) for materials on a regular basis.\nRecording the daily movement of materials for every material leaving the warehouse.\nConducting physical counts of remaining materials in the warehouse (stock opname) to ensure data accuracy.\nCollecting and accumulating payment invoices.\n\nSupporting Responsibilities\nMaintaining good and intensive communication with suppliers regarding materials availability and deliveries.\nConducting cross-divisional coordination by documenting material specifications and validating the total volume of materials.\nCoordinating with relevant teams to ensure the accuracy of daily distribution to field workers.\n\nWhat We're Looking For \nMinimum of Senior High School (SMA\u002FSMK) \u002F Diploma \u002F Bachelor's Degree (preferably majoring in Logistics, Administration, or relevant fields). Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.\nPrior experience as a Logistics Admin in the furniture, manufacturing, or contracting industry.
