Kualifikasi
1. Pendidikan minimal S1 Akuntansi.
2. Pengalaman 1 tahun di bidang akuntansi, khususnya di industri hospitality, menjadi nilai tambah.
3. Menguasai siklus akuntansi dari pencatatan hingga laporan keuangan.
4. Mahir menggunakan Microsoft Excel dan software pendukung lainnya.
5. Teliti, rapi dalam dokumentasi, dan disiplin dalam pelaporan waktu.
6. Memiliki integritas tinggi dan dapat dipercaya menangani data-data konfidential.
7. Menguasai rumus Excel seperti VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Table, dan lainnya

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
Administrasi
1. Mengelola dan mengarsipkan dokumen administrasi perusahaan secara rapi dan terstruktur.
2. Berkoordinasi dengan tim internal maupun pihak eksternal terkait kebutuhan administrasi dan operasional harian.
Akuntansi
Mencatat dan merangkum pengeluaran operasional bulanan untuk setiap unit villa secara akurat
Melakukan rekonsiliasi keuangan — mencocokkan pemasukan dan pengeluaran dari rekening bank dengan invoice dan data pendapatan dari platform booking (Airbnb, Booking.com, dll.)
Menyusun laporan keuangan bulanan per unit villa dan laporan keuangan internal perusahaan
Menyiapkan dokumen pendukung untuk pelaporan pajak bulanan dan tahunan.
Plus Point
Berpengalaman di bidang hospitality, villa management, atau property management

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting; experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage.
Strong understanding of the full accounting cycle, from bookkeeping to financial reporting.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting-related software.
Detail-oriented, well-organized in documentation, and disciplined in meeting reporting deadlines.
High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential financial data with discretion.
Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and other analytical functions.
Based in Yogyakarta
Able to communicate in basic English
Job Description
Administration
Manage and maintain company administrative documents in an organized and systematic manner.
Coordinate with internal teams and external parties regarding administrative and daily operational requirements.
Accounting
Record and summarize monthly operational expenses for each villa unit accurately.
Perform financial reconciliations by matching income and expenses from bank accounts with invoices and revenue data from booking platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.).
Prepare monthly financial reports for each villa unit as well as internal company financial reports.
Prepare supporting documents for monthly and annual tax reporting.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the hospitality, villa management, or property management industry is highly preferred.
